Your time in the gym should respect your physical and mental boundaries 

 It is not your job to know which machine to use, how many reps to perform, or when to spice things up. That’s what I’m here for! Think of it like this…. Even though you know how to brush your teeth you hire a dentist to get them pearly whites extra bright… amiright?

You might know what movement patterns get ya out of breath, but it is my job to ensure you are moving safely and mindfully for optimal strength gains!

  • Are looking for something to sustain past their 21 day challenge
  • Are looking to move away from the orange theory or Crossfit journey BECAUSE: They want to move at their own time
  • Are looking for personalized workouts
  • Are looking to not DIE after every WOD.

  • Give a shit about moving safely and want to use fitness as a way to live a long, healthy, and mighty fine life 

With that being said there are a LOT of strength coaches out there. 

TCY is for those are whom:

I entered the world of lifting via CrossFit and I think there is a lot of good that comes from that community setting. However, I think that the competitive nature can be a poor foundation for the long term goal of “healthy living”

Why should mindset be your guide?

With TCY programming you will:
NOT be dying on the floor after every WOD (maybe some, but not all ;) ).
You WILL learn to develop safe and sustainable movement patterns
Feel in control of your workouts, because they are designed and programmed for YOU
And you will not need 3+ hours to get all your lifts in.


  • If you have zero to little equipment, “STRONGER” is for you. 
  • If you are BRAND NEW to fitness this is a GREAT avenue to kick start your journey.
  • In the screening process I will gather a list of equipment you have to make sure we are optimizing your toys accordingly.
  • Even though we are moving through mostly body weight movements we can still gear your workouts to support your goals, such as :: running faster, growing zee muscles, and whatever other bits you have on the goals list!
  • If you want to sprinkle in mobility (maybe one day a week), we can do that too because TCY is your one stop shop!
  • With STRONGER you have the option to select 3 or 5 days a week for your training programs.

with stronger you will get:

  • Workouts programmed from warm-up to cool down
  • Demo videos for EVERYTHING 
  • Chat features and review of movements via video if you choose!
  • Programming available in 2 week blocks
  • The option to cancel or pause at any time.
  • Discounted nutrition coaching
  • Discounted 1:1 sessions (in person or virtually)

  • In the screening process I will gather everything from the type of equipment to details on your fitness journey + goals.
  • We can get you moving + grooving through new moves like olympic lifts, or stay away from the craziness of a snatch.
  • And if you want to sprinkle in mobility (maybe one day a week of mobility), we can do that too because TCY is your one stop shop!
  • With STRONGEST you have the option to select 3 or 5 days a week for your training programs.

I don’t have any equipment and I am not looking to join a gym. Is TCY for me?

100%! I am a visual learner too so this feature was VERY important to me when selecting software. I use an app called TrueCoach where you can view videos for workouts and warmups alike!

I am a visual learner! Is there a way for me to view a video library? 

You sure can…. But I have a feeling once you start you will be hooked for a lifetime ;)
